Job Title: Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and construction of complex projects, including master planning, indicative design, and complex renovations within an operational healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of post-registration experience in Canada, with specific experience in master planning, indicative design, and complex renovations within an operational healthcare environment.
  • Registration with, or eligibility to be registered with the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
