Your Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials
- Secure lifting attachments to materials and communicate with crane or hoisting operators for load movement
- Lift heavy items manually or with powered hoists and maintain cleanliness of work areas, machinery, and equipment to support operators
- Transport loose materials such as sand, gravel, metals, plastics, or chemicals into machinery or vehicles
- Install insulation and vapor barriers
Qualifications We Are Looking For
- Experience in a construction setting is advantageous
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work at elevated heights
- Willingness to learn and adhere to our comprehensive safety protocols
