Key Responsibilities- Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items to dining areas and set tables appropriately.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize equipment such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs after use.
- Operate dishwashing machines to ensure all kitchenware is properly cleaned.
- Organize and store dishes in designated areas.
- Restock condiments and other necessary supplies at tables and serving stations.
- Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items as needed.
- Scrub and clean pots and pans to maintain kitchen standards.
- Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Safely handle and store cleaning supplies.
- Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in storage areas such as refrigerators and cupboards.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and trash efficiently.
- Sharpen kitchen knives to ensure they are ready for use.
- Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as required.
- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Ability to handle heavy loads is essential.
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
- Physically demanding tasks that require stamina.
- Repetitive tasks are part of the daily routine.
- Extended periods of standing are expected.
- Ability to work under pressure is necessary.
Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
