- Calculate and record fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining a thorough understanding of our financial records.
- Manage and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing valuable insights into our company's financial performance.
- Post journal entries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, providing actionable data to inform business decisions.
- Prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare trial balance of books, verifying the accuracy of our financial records.
- Reconcile accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- On-site work required.
- English.
