Job Title: Concrete Block Production Operator

Rainbow Concrete Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled Concrete Block Production Operator to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Concrete Block Production Operator to work in our concrete block manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our concrete block machines, ensuring high-quality products, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain single-function machines to mix, drill, grind, and cut concrete to specifications.
  • Check products for quality control and ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with mechanical repairers and construction millwrights to resolve any machine issues.
  • Participate in instrument experience, including hydraulic systems.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift over 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Team player with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Our concrete block manufacturing facility is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You will be working in a noisy, dusty, and hot environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
