Senior Mechanical Engineer Commercial

Partner Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering mechanical systems for commercial and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, for commercial and mixed-use buildings.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing all phases from concept design through construction and commissioning.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and contractors, to integrate mechanical systems into overall project designs.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into mechanical system designs.
- Serve as the primary mechanical engineering point of contact for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on commercial and mixed-use projects.
- Proficient in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design tools).
- Strong understanding of mechanical system design, energy modeling, and sustainability principles.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation in British Columbia is required.
