About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at MALWA CLEANING SERVICES INC. as a full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately receive and record documents for data entry, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Input data into our systems following established guidelines and protocols.
  • Maintain and update our databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform general office tasks, including administrative support and data management.
  • Scan and create digital records, ensuring compliance with our document management policies.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and internet research techniques.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Specialized Skills
  • Experience with contracts, invoices, and data visualization.
  • Strong reports management skills, including data analysis and interpretation.
