About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Trans Expert Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide routine clerical duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Supply Chain Management: Read and interpret blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and coordinate with warehouse and production units to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Communication: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, and communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
