Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Dish Management: Transport clean dishes, utensils, and other items to designated serving areas and prepare tables for service.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and disinfect kitchen items, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Dining Area Maintenance: Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere.
  • Dishwashing Operations: Operate dishwashers to ensure all kitchenware is thoroughly cleaned and stored properly.
  • Food Preparation: Portion and wrap food items as required, and assist in serving customers at counters or buffet setups.
  • Stock Management: Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas, ensuring everything is readily available for guests.
  • Kitchen Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits, as well as sanitizing work surfaces and equipment.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen waste and ensure proper disposal of garbage.

Qualifications
