We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Coordinator to join our team at Bombardier. As an Aircraft Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities- Characterize planned and unplanned work, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Bill of Issues (BOIs), Snags, and Workbooks.
- Support Manufacturing Leaders in achieving daily targets and monitor daily manufacturing issues to secure production schedules.
- Track documentation according to aircraft manufacturing progress and perform cycle time impact analysis based on production issues.
- Produce daily production schedules and maintain aircraft schedules to optimize overall production.
- Drive schedule review meetings with upper management and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Global vision of the business and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a production environment and analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
- Dynamic and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to take on challenges and lead by example.
- Patience, perseverance, and curiosity, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Excel, with experience using these tools to monitor planning and analyze data.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
