Position Overview

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained across all facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage cleaning personnel.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations.
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning services.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical demands include lifting and moving equipment and materials.
