The Associate will assist our Product Owners in developing and refining a comprehensive and industry-leading digital product experience, ensuring alignment with our business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Product Owner team in developing, designing, and refining a digital product experience that meets business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with key business partners and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure well-documented approval for product features.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in digital product design.
- Inform the program or feature backlog, including non-functional requirements, to accelerate team learning and achieve expected outcomes.
- Assist in planning the product backlog for an agile release train or release backlog for a group of autonomous or dependent teams.
- Evaluate business value achieved versus planned for the product to communicate to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support the change management team in ensuring adoption and buy-in for new product rollouts.
- Working towards a Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong personal skills and the ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel for financial analysis.
- Previous experience using Product Management tools such as JIRA, Mural, or MIRO.
- Previous experience working with a financial institution.
