Job Title: Numerically Controlled Machining Tool Operator

ICM Fabrication inc. is seeking a skilled Numerically Controlled Machining Tool Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and setting up machines to perform repetitive machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
  • Enter codes specifying speed, feed, and cut of the toolpath for CNC machine tools
  • Clean and maintain work space
  • Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions
  • Examine products for defects to ensure adherence to quality standards
Requirements:
  • Machinist Trade Certification
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Reliability and ability to multitask
  • Organized and manual dexterity
