We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at RT Medical. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes and long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities
  • Prepare light meals and snacks for clients
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying
  • Remind clients to take their medication
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers
  • Provide respite care to clients
Requirements:
  • Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from a recognized training program
  • Valid G2/G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, walk, crouch, kneel, and reach
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
  • Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification
  • Updated immunization records, including a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months
  • Clear criminal background check and Vulnerable Sector check
