Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Chucks Roadhouse Bar & Grill. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality meals to our patrons.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a culinary role is considered an asset.
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Provide training to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
- Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment to maintain kitchen operations.
- Oversee kitchen staff and assistants, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of food inventory, supplies, and equipment usage.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure a high standard of service.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in the workplace is English.
