We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer expectations are accurately determined and fully met.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, provide quotes, and handle order entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Place customer orders via various methods, including telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in sales.
* Collect data from Service Technicians to quote customers and ensure accurate pricing.
* Negotiate sales prices and purchase prices to maximize profit within established parameters.
* Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and improve processes.
* Expedite backorders, pull inventory, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
* Source products from branch inventory, distribution centers, or supplier inventory.
* Schedule Service Technicians' time and determine the most cost-effective shipping method for customer orders.
* Handle customer returns and support specific customers as needed.
* Track and schedule service orders.
**Requirements:**
* Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and three to five years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
* Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Strong computer skills and negotiation skills.
* Basic product knowledge.
