About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at DA IVAN IL BARBIERE. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Haircutting and Grooming: Cut and trim hair according to client preferences, using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of hair care products and equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Barbers and support staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Certifications: Barber Licence.
