Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Service Technician Supervisor to join our team at Royal Alarms Limited. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Conduct thorough inspections and tests of electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Adjust and Repair Electronic Equipment: Adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic equipment and assemblies as needed to maintain optimal performance.
  • Read Blueprints and Drawings: Interpret blueprints and drawings to understand electronic system designs and layouts.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Install and Configure Electronic Systems: Install surface mount and/or overhead cables, and configure operating system software in preparation for testing.
  • Diagnose Faults: Use testing devices to diagnose faults and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in electronic systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 35 hours per week.
