Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Burrito Boyz Oakville Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns
