Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. O/A New Millenium Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
