Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Ice River Sustainable Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans with the maintenance manager for all equipment within the facility.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance teams, technicians, and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns. Generate reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and cost savings achieved through preventative measures.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies with the parts cage coordinator, that are required for maintenance activities.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implement best practices and new technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or a related field.
