Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team at United Protective Flooring Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality flooring installations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered, preparing accurate flooring plans and schedules.
  • Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings, ensuring a seamless and durable finish.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of damaged floor coverings, restoring them to their original condition.
  • Perform moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations, guaranteeing a safe and successful outcome.
  • Prepare floors for installations, removing existing coverings and contaminants as needed.
Work Environment

As a Flooring Installation Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, odors, and dust levels. You must be physically fit and able to lift, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in flooring installation is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
