Job Title: Elementary Occasional Teacher

Job Type: Long-Term Substitute

Location: Niagara Catholic District School Board

About the Role:

The Niagara Catholic District School Board is seeking a qualified Elementary Occasional Teacher to support our students and staff. As a long-term substitute, you will be responsible for providing instruction and support to students in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide instruction and support to students in a classroom setting
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and staff to ensure a smooth transition
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:

  • Qualifications as an Elementary Occasional Teacher
  • Experience working with students in a classroom setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
