Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
- Direct and oversee the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet the needs of our facilities
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement plans to address any issues or concerns identified during inspections
- Manage Budget and Resources
- Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of cleaning services and materials
- Communicate with Team Members and Stakeholders
- Provide clear guidance and direction to cleaning staff on cleaning procedures and protocols
- Communicate with facilities management team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of cleaning activities
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in facilities management or a related field
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
