Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain standard financial and management reporting utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools, focusing on key metrics driving business performance.
  • Gross Profit Analysis: Own analysis of customer and SKU level gross profit, partnering with the pricing team to ensure margin performance meets expectations.
  • BI Tool Development: Lead the development and maintenance of BI tools to be utilized by the broader finance team for conducting efficient, flexible, and informative financial analysis.
  • Corporate Planning and Forecasting: Support projects to build and maintain tools to facilitate corporate planning and forecasting, including aiding in the selection, deployment, and maintenance of new Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various key stakeholders, including members of the senior leadership team, to provide bespoke reporting and financial analysis needs, including cost/benefit analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • Project Support: Partner with the Sr. Manager of FP&A on various corporate planning & reporting activities and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Understanding of standard costs in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience utilizing Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI to build and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with ETL and efficient data modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
