Process Automation Manager

UNIQLO is a global Japanese retail holding company that designs, manufactures, and sells clothing under multiple brands. As a Process Automation Manager, you will support the North America business in terms of opportunities to be more efficient for all divisions through automation process utilization and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the RPA team at Global Headquarters in Japan and other regions to fully utilize our assets and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain required documentation, including documents related to discovery process, process automation, and technical design.
  • Lead discovery sessions with business members to identify pain points and develop solutions.
  • Utilize technical skills including UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Python, and other programming languages.
  • Manage several projects at once and assess priorities.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 to 6 years of professional experience in programming, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Experience with one or more RPA technologies, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, as well as report creation and analysis skills.
