Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Install built-up roofing systems utilizing materials such as asphalt-saturated felts and hot asphalt with gravel.
  • Apply single-ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials, including modified plastics and elastomeric compositions.
  • Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs.
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or masonry surfaces, both above and below ground.
  • Install and repair metal roofing using both hand and power tools.
  • Install sheet metal flashings as required.
