About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD. as part of our golf course maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and maintain grass to ensure a well-manicured appearance of the golf course.
  • Remove litter and garbage from the course to maintain a clean and safe environment for golfers.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to promote healthy growth and development.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of the course.
  • Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease, and take corrective action to prevent further damage.
  • Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products to promote healthy growth and prevent pests and diseases.
  • Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental uses, and other purposes to enhance the appearance and functionality of the golf course.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and deadlines to meet.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the responsibilities of the role.
  • Permanent employment with a regular 40-hour workweek.
  • English language proficiency is required for communication with colleagues and management.
