We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Strescon Limited. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement project plans, including budget analysis, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage project documentation, including drawing submittals, hardware and delivery of materials, and submitting monthly progress claims.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Manage conflicts and difficult situations in a professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
- Post-secondary education or technical background.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience reading drawings.
