Job Title: Part Time Pump Attendant

About the Role:

We are seeking a Part Time Pump Attendant to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Part Time Pump Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our fuel pumps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full service at the fuel pumps, including dispensing fuel, washing windows, and checking oil.
  • Operate the car wash and perform minor maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct general housekeeping duties, including exterior and interior cleaning.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior supervisory experience is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Honesty, trustworthiness, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Retail experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work all shifts, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and kneel.

Reporting Structure:

This role reports to Dillon Zolkavich, Store Manager.
