At VHA Home Healthcare, we are committed to providing high-quality home health care services to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as a Visiting Nurse in Kingston, ON.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and caring nurse to provide home health care services to our clients in the Kingston area. As a Visiting Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care plans to meet the unique needs of each client. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate clients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other specialized nursing services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Document client progress and care plans
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Experience in home health care or community nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle
