Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner to join our team at Sonova. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, conducting hearing loss evaluations, and recommending the best-fit solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding client service, focusing on client counselling, product education, and recommendation.
  • Conduct thorough hearing loss evaluations for new clients and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Provide continuous care for existing clients to foster long-term relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, physicians, team members, and third-party payees through verbal and written correspondence.
