Sales Team Lead

Celestial Immigration is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.
- Training and Development: Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Operational Management: Authorize payments, manage inventory, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Opportunities for professional growth and development through mentorship and coaching programs.
