Sausage Maker

We are seeking a skilled Sausage Maker to join our team at Finest Sausage & Meat Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

• Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure a smooth operation of the kitchen.
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest quality standards.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to prevent waste and optimize resources.
• Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

As a Sausage Maker at Finest Sausage & Meat Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will be part of a team that values dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and time management.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Ability to work in a remote location, specialty shop, or butcher shop.
• Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
