Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full Time Natural Foods Clerk to join our team at Fortinos. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting our natural food products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the natural foods department, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Promote our natural food products, including organic and specialty items, to customers and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail environment, preferably in a health food or natural foods setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
