Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting performance expectations.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Environment: Restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and fast-paced work conditions.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
