Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Security and Safety: A criminal record check is required for this position.
  • Transportation and Travel: Travel expenses will be paid by the employer, and public transportation is available.
  • Weight Handling: You will be required to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: We are looking for someone with punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience, and honesty.
  • Experience: Willingness to train is a must.
  • Other Benefits: Transportation will be provided by the employer, and we offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
