Job Title: Apprentice General Engineering

CLevelCrossing is seeking a skilled Apprentice General Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for executing scheduled and corrective maintenance across our fleet of vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our vessels.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Assist in the fabrication and machine work of metal components.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our vessels.
Requirements:
  • Valid 4th class marine engineer's certificate.
  • Valid Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (completed within the last 5 years).
  • Valid Marine Emergency Duties.
  • Valid Transport Canada Seafarer's Marine Medical Certificate.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance software.

CLevelCrossing is a Newfoundland and Labrador owned and operated company dedicated to the growth of the province's aquaculture and oil and gas industries. We operate a range of service boats providing services to the aquaculture and oil and gas sectors.
