We are seeking a highly skilled Full Time Developer to join our team at Glansa Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying conversational chatbots and virtual assistants using Amazon Lex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop conversational chatbots and virtual assistants using Amazon Lex, ensuring they meet client or organizational requirements.
- Create and configure intents, utterances, and slot types to enable natural language understanding and meaningful interactions with users.
- Integrate Amazon Lex chatbots with various messaging platforms, websites, and mobile applications to provide seamless user experiences.
- Implement dialog flows, state management, and context handling to guide users through conversations and fulfill their requests.
- Enable both voice and text-based interactions with chatbots, leveraging Amazon Lex's speech recognition and text-to-speech capabilities.
- Define and manage data sources and external APIs to access and update information required for chatbots.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in software development, natural language processing, and Amazon Lex. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
