Health Information Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Information Management Practitioner to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the accurate, dependable, and secure collection, maintenance, and dissemination of patient information.
- Work independently to manage and maintain patient records.
- Develop and implement effective data management systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in health information management.
- Health Information Management diploma (HIM) or equivalent.
- Registration with Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA).
- Valid driver's license, where required.
- Certification with Canadian College of Health Information Management (CCHIM).
- Canadian College of Health Information Management (CCHIM) membership.
- Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA) membership.
This is a full-time regular position with 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks. Travel is required.
Salary: Pay Band 13 $28.580 to $30.620 (3 step range).
