  • Load buspans and trays with precision, maintaining the quality and presentation of our dishes.
  • Place dishes in storage areas, adhering to our strict food safety protocols.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, using approved cleaning agents and techniques.
  • Keep accurate records of food quantities used, supporting our inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Portion and wrap foods to exacting standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, maintaining optimal storage conditions and minimizing waste.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently, minimizing risks to staff and guests.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring timely and accurate inventory management.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and odor-free environment.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives, ensuring they remain in good condition and are ready for use.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, supporting our food preparation and presentation efforts.
