Job Summary

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic success and develop a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs for students of all ages and abilities.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and community members to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Coordinate schedules, assessments, and learning programs to meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to parents and students.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to ensure the Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, sports teams, and businesses to promote our programs and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum university degree in a related field (Social Sciences, Languages, Math, or Business).
  • Strong secondary school mathematics skills and proficiency in French.
  • Experience working in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and online communication apps.
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service experience.
