About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Gino's Pizza 181. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas and other menu items to meet the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including pizzas, salads, and other menu items.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive high-quality food and a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

As a Pizza Cook at Gino's Pizza 181, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced culinary professionals. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.
