About the Role:

This strategic leadership position requires a deep understanding of SAP architecture, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate technical requirements into a cohesive vision for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the SAP architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and the company's transformation roadmap.
  • Oversee the SAP landscape, ensuring seamless integration with current and future platforms.
  • Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and SAP Solution Owners to refine and execute the rolling 3-year SAP capabilities roadmap.
  • Provide thought leadership for end-to-end SAP architecture decisions based on industry standards and best practices.
  • Drive business transformation by leveraging SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP IBP, and other relevant modules.
  • Translate complex technical solutions into strategic proposals that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors, including SAP solution integrators and implementation partners.
  • Lead a team responsible for SAP architecture and integration across multiple business units, ensuring alignment between technical and business objectives.
Key Objectives (First 6-12 Months):
  • Assess the current SAP landscape and align it with the company's 3-year roadmap.
  • Take ownership of SAP enablement and future software assessments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive technical solutions that align with business strategy and transformation.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP systems architecture, with a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and related modules.
  • Strong experience in supply chain, procurement, and R&D processes.
  • Proven track record in developing SAP solutions, including integrations with legacy systems.
  • Experience managing teams and leading strategic initiatives within SAP landscapes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across functional teams.
  • TOGAF and SAP certifications are highly desirable.
Preferred Industry Experience:
  • Experience within the food manufacturing industry is highly preferred, aligning with the company's operational environment.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: Competitive base salary, plus a 20% bonus potential.

Location Requirements:

This role requires office presence 5 days a week to facilitate close collaboration with the executive team and ensure strong communication across all functions.
