Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our leading manufacturing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Production Supervisor to assemble various components utilizing a range of tools and fasteners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing subassembly and final assembly tasks
  • Adhering to established procedures and methodologies
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Aiming to meet or surpass production goals
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
  • Collaborating with team members to provide training
  • Conducting quality inspections of work
  • Documenting processes and actions taken

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an assembly role
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools
  • Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical education in electrical or mechanical fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of electrical systems

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, along with other physical demands as necessary for the position.
