About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Yard Attendant to join our team at Custom Truck One Source. As a Yard Attendant, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with loading and unloading equipment, maintaining the appearance of our branch, and supporting our mechanics, drivers, and other personnel with various labor-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe work environment, obey safety rules, and wear required safety PPE
  • Detail inside and outside of trucks
  • Operate a variety of light and heavy-duty trucks on premises
  • Assist technicians with repair work where additional hands are required
  • Check in/check out of rental, sale, used equipment
  • Perform various labor tasks related to maintenance of the building, yard, shop, warehouses, or equipment
  • Routine tasks include sweeping, emptying trash, and other similar tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Parts and service or related experience required
  • Proficiency in common computer software (MS Office Suite) and inventory software
