Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

We are looking for someone who can effectively recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties to a high standard.

Coordinate Work Activities

You will be responsible for coordinating the work activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that our property is maintained to a high standard.

Assist with Cleaning Duties

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be required to assist our cleaning staff with their duties, ensuring that all areas of the property are cleaned to a high standard.

Establish Work Schedules

You will be responsible for establishing work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that they are aware of their duties and responsibilities, and that they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.

Work with Other Departments

You will work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure that our property is maintained to a high standard and that our guests have a positive experience.
