Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business strategies for Control Brands, ensuring alignment with Loblaw Brands retail customers' needs.
  2. Lead a team of Product Managers to drive category growth, penetration, and profitability objectives.
  3. Maintain a framework that enables individual product managers to effectively articulate their strategies.
  4. Partner with Category Directors and Sr. Category Directors to drive category growth.
  5. Evaluate in-market initiatives and review the current portfolio to determine business and product opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years' related experience in a corporate food, packaged goods environment.
  2. Exceptional analytical skills for assessing Control Brand performance and forecasting.
  3. Proactive with strong self-discipline and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  4. Superior interpersonal and presentation skills for persuading stakeholders.
  5. Lateral thinker considering financial, technical, and marketing parameters.
