The Logistics Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities related to transportation and dispatching within DIVRAJ FREIGHT SERVICES INC. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency and productivity in operational logistics.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Formulate detailed plans to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organize and manage the logistical operations of the organization.
- Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance.
- Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Provide training to employees on their roles and company policies.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff development.
- Assign, review, and coordinate work among team members.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
- Oversee and manage the logistical operations of the organization.
This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication is English.
