We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Outspan Concrete Structures Ltd.
Job Summary:The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including calculating and preparing cheques, storing and updating financial data, and performing clerical duties such as maintaining filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, store and update financial data, and maintain payroll records.
- Clerical Duties: Perform tasks such as maintaining filing systems, data entry, and compiling statistics and reports.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows, and accounting software.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and be organized.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral and written communication, and reliable.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
- Language: English.
